    • Product photos (front/back/tags)
    • Reason for return
  2. Await Authorization
    Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
    • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    • Customs declaration instructions
    • Regional return warehouse address
  3. Package Items
    Include:
    • Original packaging with protective sleeves
    • Completed returns form (emailed with RMA)
    • RMA number visibly displayed on package exterior
  4. Ship & Track
    Use tracked shipping service and retain proof of postage. Recommended carriers:
    • DHL Express (for EU/US returns)
    • EMS (Asia-Pacific regions)
    • Registered Airmail (economy option)

Refund Processing

  • Timeline: 5-10 business days after receiving returned items
  • Methods: Original payment method or store credit (customer's choice)
